Follexa uses platform-authorized OAuth connections so you never share your social account password with us. Access remains limited to the permissions needed for analytics.
What happens to my social account data?
Connected account data is used to provide your analytics experience. We do not sell your personal data, and you can disconnect supported accounts from your dashboard.
How often are analytics refreshed?
Refresh timing can vary by platform and its API limits. Follexa is designed to keep your latest available metrics organized while preserving historical snapshots.
Which platforms are supported?
Follexa is designed around Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Platform availability may roll out in stages as integrations are completed.
How much analytics history will I see?
Historical visibility depends on the platform, connection date, and your plan. Follexa begins building a clearer growth record as your connected accounts sync.
Is Follexa free?
A free plan is available for the core experience. A Pro plan with expanded analytics and account limits is planned, but billing is not enabled yet.
