1. Using Follexa
These terms apply when you access or use Follexa. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all laws that apply to you.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
2. Connected accounts
You may connect only accounts you are authorized to access. Your use of each social platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
Platform APIs, permissions, and availability can change. As a result, some Follexa features may be delayed, limited, or discontinued without being a breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Follexa, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, extract data through prohibited automated means, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
4. Plans and future billing
The current marketing pages describe a Free plan and a planned Pro plan. Pro pricing and billing are not active unless Follexa separately presents checkout terms for your review and acceptance.
Features described as coming soon are previews and may change before release.
5. Intellectual property
Follexa and its product materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Follexa technology or branding.
You retain ownership of content and account data you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed for Follexa to operate the service.
6. Service availability and disclaimers
Follexa is provided on an as-available basis. Analytics may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by third-party platform data. You should not treat Follexa metrics as financial, legal, or other professional advice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material violations of these terms, or service protection. You may stop using Follexa at any time.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
